Just a quick update on my Flex Seal Projects. The sunroom is still bone dry, even after the cold wet spring we had. The old garden hose is still leak free, although I did have to apply a second coat. After you use the Sweeper once heavily or twice lightly, you simply lift the base off the dirt tray, dump out all the dirt, and snap the base back on. Very soon, you will get a sense of when it’s time to empty the device.
